Since 2004 we have made high-concentrate, customizable fragrance on R A De Mel Mawatha, working at both ends of the scale — full production runs for houses that need volume, and single flacons for people who want something no one else wears.
Concentration is the part most shops quietly skip. Ours sits above eau de parfum, which is why our scents sit closer to the skin and stay there through a Colombo afternoon.
