Returns, cancellations and refunds.

If a parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered, message the studio within three days of delivery with your order reference and a photograph. It will be replaced or refunded, at no cost to you.

You can cancel an order at any time until it is dispatched, and you will be refunded in full. Message the studio with your order reference.

Once a parcel has left the studio it can no longer be cancelled. If it then arrives damaged or wrong, the section above applies.

A blend made to your own brief cannot be cancelled once the studio has started making it — it is made for you and cannot be sold to anyone else.

Unless it arrived damaged, leaking or wrong, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened perfume, oils and bakhoor. They are worn or used, so once opened they cannot be resold.
• A scent that simply was not to your taste. Fragrance wears differently on every skin, which is why the studio offers the smallest decant and lets you try a composition before you commit to a full flacon.
• Blends made to your brief, for the reason above.

Refunds are made only to the original payment method used for the order — the same payment the purchase was made from:

• Paid by card: refunded to that same card, through our payment provider PayHere.
• Paid by bank transfer: returned to the same bank account the payment came from.

A refund is never paid to a different card, account or person.

Once a refund or cancellation is approved, the studio processes it within seven working days.

After that, card refunds can take a few more working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. That part is up to the bank rather than the studio.
